PROJECT MANAGER
We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of commercial construction projects from start to finish. The PM will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Estimating projects and scope definition either through plans and specifications or conceptual project plans
- Developing the project schedule, subcontract buyout and field coordination; working closely with the project superintendent or field foreman to manage the team of employees and subcontractors.
- Managing and overseeing an orderly system of all contracts, purchase orders, change orders, meeting minutes and daily correspondence regarding each project
- Overseeing and fostering a culture of job safety and cleanliness in conjunction with the project supervisor
- Proven ability to complete punchlists and closeout manuals in a timely manner
- Deal directly with clients for prime contract negotiation, satisfaction and retention
- The Project Manager will have full financial responsibility working closely with the senior VBA management and the accounting department to forecast job profitability
Qualifications:
- The successful candidate will possess qualities such as problem solving skills, industry knowledge, reliability, and professionalism with strong construction experience
- Proven analytical, organizational and communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment are a must
- Ability to handle multiple projects in the $10K to $500K range and single projects in the $2M range
- Massachusetts Construction Supervisor’s License
- Associate or Bachelor Degree in related field
- Five years construction experience
- Working knowledge of construction related computer software

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
We are in search of a commercial Senior Project Manager who will travel within the NE states, present well, and who can harmoniously communicate with diverse teams, including building owners, co-workers, subcontractors and industry trades.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate construction resources with project management and corporate goals
- Provide leadership, mentorship to PM staff; oversee monthly foreman’s meetings, subcontractor meetings and site safety meetings emphasizing corporate safety culture, goals and quality assurance

- Proven track record and success rate of keeping projects under budget and completed on time
- Ability to handle multiple projects in the $100K to $500K range and single projects in the $1M-$10M range
- Bachelor Degree in related field
- Ten years construction experience in a commercial construction environment
- Working knowledge of construction related computer software
- Massachusetts Construction Supervisor’s License
