Renovation of an existing occupied space and the build out of a new 1,200 SF lab area, lab entry gowning area, and a conference room.
Labconco Fume Hood with a new belt-driven exhaust fan, a chemical fire cabinet, all new stainless cabinets and counters equipped with air lines, nitrogen lines and vacuum lines.
Major electrical upgrades were completed to accommodate increased power requirements for this area. VBA worked closely with the facilities department at AdvanSource and the design team to complete the project on time and within budget.
