- Coordinated with businesses and building management to ensure work had no impact on operations
- Early material release enabled project completion in 12 weeks despite a 1.5-week AHJ delay
- Installed a poured and polished resinous floor mid-project using a double-shift approach to protect the surface while maintaining workflow
- Coordinated painters, MEP, and ceiling subcontractors to achieve a consistent10’6” ceiling height across multiple ceiling types (clouds, hard ceiling, ACT,and wood slat)
